PINEHURST - Building Community for Over 50 Years

Pinehurst sub-division was first plotted by the N.W. Dible Company in 1962.  There are 330 homes in Pinehurst (Overland Park, Kansas).

Pinehurst Homes Association is a non-profit Kansas corporation formed in 1965 to administer a homes Association for the benefit of Pinehurst home owners.   Board members are elected to serve 3 year terms.  And, all homeowners are encouraged to take part in working with the homes association.  Meetings are open to neighborhood residents. 

Pinehurst events are voted on by the board each spring and generally include:  Large trash pick-up, Picnic, and an Annual Meeting in November.
