Board of Directors meetings for 2026
All meetings are to be held on Wednesday evenings at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 10100 Metcalf Ave, 7pm.
February 11, May 20, August 26, October 14
The 2026 General Meeting is planned for Mid-November 2026, 7pm, same location. The specific date will be announced when the church's large meeting room has been determined to be available.

Call to Order 7:00 PM
1 Opening Comments (Bill Henderson)
2 Comments from members (Limited to 3 minutes each)
3 Approval of Minutes of previous Board Meeting
4. Approve appointment of Bob McCartney to the Board, to fill the unexpired term of Anna McDonald who recently resigned.
5. Discuss and approve meeting summaries for the October, 2025 Board Meeting and the 2025 General Meeting, in lieu of minutes for those meetings which were never compiled or presented to the Board by the previous Secretary.
5. Harry Lemley’s summary of current finances and status of 2026 trash fee collection and cutoff dates.
6. Discuss and approve a contribution to Emmanuel Baptist Church in recognition of their generosity and effort in providing us meeting rooms and other incidental services related thereto.
7. Discuss potential on-line payment for 2027.
8. Set a time frame for a presentation by the committee to research outside bookkeeping services. (Committee members have not yet met, due to time spent on trash fee collection and bookkeeping duties and methods transition to Harry.
9. Discuss 2026 Picnic management.
10. Discuss Pinehurst Garage Sale, Website improvement, Member Directory.
11. Call for other old or new business
