Trash Info & Schedule:
Pickup Day for trash, recycling and yard waste is Tuesday.
In the event that that one of these holiday days (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day or Christmas) lands on a Monday, there will be a one-day service delay. If your trash/recycling/yard waste is not picked up on its normal day, please leave the bins out for one more day before contacting Republic or us. AS As you know, every waste disposal company has had major difficulties keeping drivers. However, we normally have excellent service.

HOA Events:
Annual Picnic: First Saturday after Labor Day
The picnic is held at the Indian Creek Recreation Center, 10308 Marty St (1 block west of Metcalf on 103rd Street)
Jack Stack BBQ is catered in and for entertainment, children's games and a magician! Family fun and door prizes!
Reservations are required. All residents check in at the shelter desk.

HOA Fees:
Due date is December 31. Suspension of trash pickup will begin February 16.
The fee for 2026 is $225.24. This represents only the trash/recycling/yard waste fee. The annual dues fee of $35.00 was suspended for 2026.
